Pre-Purchase, Pre-Listing or Maintenance inspections can be upgraded to a Deluxe Home Inspection which includes thermal imaging of the home.

We provide inspections to clients relocating from outside of Winnipeg. We are a registered service provider for Brookfield Global Relocation Service and through the Federal Government Integrated Relocation Program provide government employees with the Government of Canada, the Canadian Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police with our home inspection services.

Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

Pre-purchase "Buyers" Home Inspection is a thorough visual examination of all the major home systems.  We will thoroughly inspect the home to identify possible problems before the purchase is made.

Maintenance Inspection

Maintenance "Owners" Home Inspection is a great way to know what problems may arise with your current home.  We can inspect your home and inform you of any potential defect so you can make the necessary repairs.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection

Pre-Listing "Sellers" Home Inspection is typically performed before the property is listed or put on the market. We work with home-owners who are preparing to sell their home. An inspection done prior to putting your home on the market is a great way to attract potential buyers.
